  •  Minister Al-Hammad patronized the 6th ceremony of prize of Excellence
    • Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Affairs, Minister of Justice and Minister of Awqaf 

    and Islamic Affairs , Mr. Rashid Al-Hammad  confirmed that the centers of the Noble Quran and the centers of Utrojah had become one of the landmarks of the Islamic culture

    where thousands of students, men and women, headed for as they were Islamic institutions which played an active and enlightening role in the society.

    The Minister's statement came during the ceremony held to distribute the 6th prize of Excellence on the distinguished centers of the Noble Quran in the academic year 2008/2009. The ceremony was held by the Islamic Studies Department on Sunday, 24th January, on Sabah Al-Salem stage. 

     

    The Minister also pointed out that the centers of the Noble Quran aimed to raise the religious awareness and spread the juristic sciences of Islam and the Islamic culture among the different segments of the society making moderation the means to deepen the Islamic concepts and morals and consolidate the values of love and tolerance among people.
