  •  Exams of the end of the first semester start on 10th January, 2010
    • The Islamic Studies Department, Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in the

    State of Kuwait declared the start of the  exams of the end of the first semester of the academic year 2009/2010 in all the centers of the Noble Quran affiliated to the Islamic Studies Department, and that 20 thousand male and female students would proceed to the exams of the end of the first semester.

    In a press statement on this occasion, Director of the Islamic Studies Department, Muhammad Al-Omar stated that the exams would start on Sunday, 10th January in the centers of the Noble Quran and the Islamic Studies Institute and the exams would end on Thursday, 21st January.

     

    Al-Omar referred to the great role played by the centers of the Noble Quran to consolidate understanding the Islamic juristic sciences and encourage people to memorize the Noble Quran by heart and study the prophetic sunna ( sayings and deeds of prophet Muhammad).
