Al-Omar urges the charitable to make advantage of the last ten days of Ramadan
Muhammad Al-Omar, Director of the Islamic Studies Department in the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Head of the Noble Quran endowment, urged the charitable people to make advantage of the last ten days of Ramadan which include the night of Al-Qadr (Decree), in which worshipping Almighty Allah is better than worshipping Him thousand month, through donating for the endowment of the Noble Quran, in order to be a constant charity for them during their life and after their death, and to be a care for the houses of the Noble Quran and the students of juristic knowledge from different segments and nationalities.
Al-Omar pointed out that in addition to the students in the public houses of the Noble Quran, there are also students in the private centers that were established in co-operation with the reformative institutions in the Ministries of Interior and Labor and Social Affairs. He added that the number of such centers amounted 8 centers working on teaching the inmates the Noble Quran and juristic knowledge and organizing social and recreative activities for them.
Al-Omar referred that the Islamic Studies Department had exerted great efforts in this context in order to provide untraditional needs and special services to attract the inmates in the reformative institutions and provide them with the Islamic values that help them repent and follow the right path of Almighty Allah.
In respect of the means of contributing in the endowment of the Noble Quran, Al-Omar stated that this is done through depositing donations in the account of the Noble Quran endowment No.011010581967.
