Since the Prophet(peace and blessings be upon him) built Qiba'a mosque, mosque has been proved to be the place capable of bringing up Muslim generations who take the responsibility of spreading the message of Islam. In order for the mosque to restore its message and role, we have to pave the way for our children to love mosques and make them love to be among those who will be under Allah's shade on the Judgment Day.

Knowledge means to know the essence of things and it includes various sciences such as tenets, languages, physics, mathematics, chemistry in addition to modern sciences such as computing and internet. The religion of Islam pays a great attention to knowledge and science as Allah The All-Mighty says(translation of meaning into English):"Read! In the Name of your Lord who has created(all that exists). He has created man from clot(a piece of thick coagulated blood). Read! And your Lord is the most generous. Who has taught man(the writing) with the pen. He has taught man that which he knew not". These noble verses convey an explicit command to the Prophet(peace and blessings be upon him) and every Muslim individual to read and learn a science that benefits him/her in this world and the hereafter. There are also a lot of verses in the Noble Quran which refer to the noble and august status of scientists and scholars as Allah The All-Mighty says in the Noble Quran(translation of meaning into English):" Allah will exalt in degree those of you who believe and those who have been granted knowledge and Allah is well-acquainted with what you do." And He also says in another verse(translation of meaning into English):" say, O Muhammad! Are those who know equal to those who know not".
Ashour'a is the 10th of Muharram which is the first month in the Hijri year( according to the Islamic lunar calendar). This day is one of the blessed days of the year and in this article we will talk about its merits and the good deeds that we should do on it. First, we should know that Muharram is one of the four sacred months in the year as Allah The Almighty says in the Noble Quran( translation of meaning into English):" Verily, the number of months with Allah is twelve( in a year), so was it ordained by Allah on the Day when He created the heavens and the earth, of them four are sacred. That is the right religion, so wrong not yourselves therein .."( Al-Taubah: 36).
Hijra is an Arabic word which in English means migration and in Islamic history it refers to the Prophet's migration from Mecca to Medina. Hijra is a very significant and important event in the Islamic history and this is why the second Muslim Caliphate, Omar Ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him)adopted this event as the beginning of the Islamic calendar to calculate years. although there are many lessons we can learn from Hijra, the most important lesson we should learn from Hijra is that we as true Muslims have to be ready to sacrifice our souls, property and everything we love in order to support the religion of Islam anytime and anywhere as our beloved prophet(peace and blessings be upon him) and his companions did when they migrated from Mecca to Medina. The sufferings that the prophet(peace and blessings be upon him) and his companions encountered on their journey from Mecca to Medina were very dangerous and severe and it is enough to know that the prophet(peace and blessings be upon him) was
It is narrated about the prophet(peace and blessings be upon him) that the best words people have ever said are " There is no god but Allah". These words are the best ones mankind have ever known, because they represent the distinction between belief and disbelief, and the pledge that Allah The All-Mighty took from all the children of Adam, Allah says in the Noble Quran(translation of meaning into English):"And remember when your Lord brought forth from the children of Adam, from their loins, their seed( or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves(saying):" Am I not your Lord?" They said: Yes, we testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: Verily, we have been unaware of this."( Al-A'raf:172)
